Terms of Service
Last updated: September 6, 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using PodPulse Digest ("PodPulse", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You need a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; please do not share logins.
Free sample and free trial
Visitors may generate one free sample summary without an account. New accounts get a 7-day trial of the Professional Plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically at the price shown at sign-up.
Subscription, billing and cancellation
- The Professional Plan is $11 per month, billed in advance by Stripe.
- It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us — we look at these case by case.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.
Fair use
The service includes generous but finite monthly limits on transcription and summarisation so that one account cannot degrade the service for everyone else. Current limits are shown on your Hour Bank page. We may throttle or suspend accounts that attempt to bypass those limits, create accounts in bulk, resell output at scale, or automate access outside the features we provide.
AI-generated content
Summaries, key points, priority scores, highlights, transcripts and assistant answers are produced automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They are a convenience, not a substitute for listening to an episode, and nothing in them is financial, medical, legal or professional advice. Verify anything important against the original episode before acting on it.
Podcast content and ownership
Podcasts you add remain the property of their creators, and PodPulse only reads publicly available feeds. Summaries are generated for your personal use. When you share a summary link or PDF, it keeps PodPulse branding and links back to the original episode. Do not use the service to republish someone else's work as your own or to strip attribution.
Everything else — the software, design, prompts and branding of PodPulse Digest — belongs to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.
Acceptable use
Do not use PodPulse to break the law, infringe others' rights, attack or probe our systems, submit feeds you have no right to process, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Availability
We aim to keep PodPulse running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves, and third-party podcast directories or feeds may be temporarily unreachable.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made on the basis of AI-generated summaries.
Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time from Settings; that removes your library and generated content. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why where we are allowed to.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email before the change affects you.
