You add the RSS feeds of the podcasts you follow. Whenever a new episode appears, PodPulse pulls it into your inbox, generates an AI summary with a TL;DR and key takeaways, and scores how relevant it likely is to you.

Where do I find a podcast's RSS feed?

Most podcast sites link it directly, and directories like Podcast Index or your podcast player's share menu expose it too. You can also paste an episode URL on the Try page to sample a summary first.

How is the priority score calculated?

It combines your weekly listening budget, your prioritization rules (boosted topics, penalized shows, maximum duration) and the AI's read on the episode's substance. Tune your rules in Settings and scores adapt on the next summary.

What is the hour bank?

The hour bank tracks the listening time you saved by reading summaries instead of playing full episodes, so you can see your time back each month at a glance.

What does the Professional plan include, and is there a trial?

Professional is $11/month with a 3-day free trial and includes unlimited summaries, daily digests, keyword alerts, audio highlights, full transcripts and shareable summaries. A card is required to start the trial.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my access?

Accepted Answer

Open Billing and choose Manage subscription to cancel any time. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period; nothing is charged after that.

Why is a summary or transcript missing for an episode?

Accepted Answer

Some feeds publish very large audio files or restrict downloads, and transcription is capped for very long episodes. Try regenerating from the episode card — if it keeps failing, send us the episode link below.

Can I share a summary with a colleague?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use Share on any summary to create a public link. Anyone with the link can read it, and you can stop sharing at any time.

How do keyword alerts work?

Accepted Answer

Add the keywords or topics you never want to miss in Alerts. When a matching episode is summarized, it is flagged in your inbox and surfaced at the top of your digest.

How do you handle my data?

Your feeds, summaries and settings are private to your account and protected by per-user access rules. We never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account and its contents at any time.
